At Three Hearts ADT, we understand the importance of finding a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for your loved one. Our Life Skills Development Level 3 – Adult Day Training program offers engaging activities that promote independence, personal growth, and community involvement.

Participants learn essential daily living skills, including personal care, financial literacy, and household management, to support greater independence.

Interactive lessons in reading, writing, math, and problem-solving help individuals build cognitive skills and lifelong learning habits.

Engaging music, art, and dance activities foster self-expression, confidence, and new talents in a supportive environment. Participants can also join the Three Hearts Choir, which performs in the community, providing opportunities for artistic growth, teamwork, and public engagement.

Exercise programs and wellness education promote healthy living, mobility, and overall well-being.

Participants engage in volunteer opportunities, field trips, and social events to build relationships and strengthen community involvement.

Job readiness training, workplace skills, and supported employment opportunities prepare individuals for meaningful work and independence.

Participants develop computer skills, adaptive technology use, and communication techniques to enhance social and professional interactions.
How to Enroll
Enrollment begins with determining eligibility through the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD). Applicants must have a qualifying developmental disability and be a Florida resident. Once approved for services, families can select Three Hearts ADT as their provider.
