Our Story

Three Hearts ADT has been dedicated to enriching the lives of adults with developmental disabilities since opening in October 2016. As an Adult Day Training program, we provide a supportive environment where individuals can develop essential life skills, engage in meaningful activities, and build social connections. Our commitment to delivering exceptional services ensures that each participant receives personalized support tailored to their unique needs, fostering independence, confidence, and personal growth.

Even during the challenges of COVID-19, we remained steadfast in our mission—continuing operations outdoors, ensuring uninterrupted support for our participants, and providing financial security for our staff. Today, we operate in a 14,000 sq. ft. facility, offering a vibrant and engaging environment filled with opportunities for growth, creativity, and social connection. Our unique programs include life skills training, general education classes, music, art, dance, physical fitness, community outings, and talent shows, all designed to enhance cognitive and physical abilities while fostering independence.

At Three Hearts, our core values shape everything we do. We believe in equality, treating every individual with dignity and respect, and we foster empowerment by supporting self-determination and independence. We uphold the highest ethical standards, building trust and integrity in all relationships, while striving for excellence and continuous improvement in our programs. Through innovation and a strong sense of community, we create an inclusive environment where individuals can thrive, grow, and celebrate their abilities.
